Goal setting is something that’s discussed in therapy almost daily, and it’s an important part of living any healthy, happy and fulfilling life. The three of us read Atomic Habits in preparation and will be referencing it throughout today’s podcast. Atomic Habits has become the gold standard for learning about developing healthy habits and setting goals and we hope to give you some of the high points from it on this episode.
