Jessica Kuculyn

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Hello, my name is Jessica Kuculyn.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 22 years of experience walking alongside individuals and families through life’s most challenging seasons. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Washington and a Bachelor’s degree from Pacific Lutheran University.

Much of my career has been spent in hospital-based acute care, where I supported adults and families facing complex health conditions, trauma, mental health concerns, addiction, cancer, and end-of-life planning. These experiences have deeply shaped my belief in the power of compassion, resilience, and hope.

I specialize in working with adults and youth experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, health and disease management concerns, grief and bereavement, and advanced care planning. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, while also integrating humanistic, acceptance-based, strengths-focused, and goal-oriented perspectives.

For those who desire it, I also offer spiritual and Christian counseling, weaving faith into the healing process in ways that honor each client’s values and beliefs. My approach is grounded in kindness, compassion, and respect. I believe therapy should be a safe and nonjudgmental space where you feel truly heard and supported. Together, we will explore the challenges you are facing, uncover your strengths, and develop strategies to help you find balance, healing, and hope. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you discover new possibilities, build resilience, and create a life filled with meaning, strength, and peace.
