Diane "Dee" is an Air Force retiree who obtained her Masters of Clinical Social work from the University of Central Florida. She has clinical experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings working with groups, couples, and individuals with depression, anxiety, panic, addiction, adjustment issues, codependency, anger, PTSD, and trauma. She has experience working with clients from different cultural backgrounds including LGBGTQ, military, veterans, and families. 


Dee believes successful therapy begins with an open and honest conversation about your needs and expectations and is cultivated with empathy, compassion, trust, and warmth. She believes a therapeutic approach should be as unique as the individuals involved. Her typical approaches include, but are not limited to, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, acceptance and commitment therapy, and solution focused therapy and at times includes art and meditation to enhance the process.
