Hello there!
My name is Ben Earnest, and I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with the state of Florida. I received my Bachelor's degree in psychology from Florida State University and my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Troy University. I've been serving in our community by providing group and individual counseling to individuals of all backgrounds and ages. I believe anyone can be in charge of their own mental health and I work with my clients to help them make the positive changes they're wanting to see in their lives. I use evidence based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR.
