Amanda Baker, LMHC

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I have served in the field of Mental Health and Addiction since 2015. I have a dual Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy from Barry University. My primary focus has been working with clients between the ages of 15 to age 65 in various mental health settings from aftercare programs, working with couples and families, to addiction treatment.

I enjoy working in the field of mental health and believe in helping individuals that I serve by identifying thought and behavioral patterns they wanting to change and learn ways to reframe these unhelpful patterns through the use of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy techniques, as well as incorporating Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interview skills, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I truly believe in collaborating with my clients in their emotional goals as a supportive counselor during the therapeutic process. I believe there is no one size fits all method to receiving therapy.

I believe in the vision of therapeutic intervention offering clients real hope in making a change in managing their life concerns through talk therapy. I fully believe through the therapeutic alliance, as well as when people discover self-acceptance and ultimately believe they are worthy of a balanced life, positivity, and self-love, that lasting healing is possible.

Sharla Calloway, LCSW

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing therapy to those who want to work through a struggle, but need some help getting there.

I’ve been a social worker for over 20 years and work with teenagers through adults.  I started working with veterans and geriatrics and moved toward families, teens and women over the years.  I am especially attuned to the needs of females struggling with depression and anxiety.

I am a mother of 3 children (now successfully grown) who all had unique challenges from ADHD to depression/anxiety, and being academically gifted. I understand the parenting dynamic across the spectrum of years as well as the unique attributes of each parent/child relationship.

I will empower you to direct the focus of your therapy sessions and define your treatment goal, since you are the expert of your life.  We will work on how to communicate in your current relationships to reach your goal.

I combine a variety of therapeutic methods to help you, providing follow up exercises for you to complete between sessions, if you wish to do so.  The healing begun in therapy continues after your session.  My goal is to teach you to take it with you and integrate the growth into your life for a lasting effect.

Holly Inman, RMHCI
Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern

I’m a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern with the state of Florida and have earned my Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University in 2021.

I have valuable clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in individual and group settings. I implement behavioral support, provide emergency crisis management, and assisting clients in overcoming personal, social, and behavioral challenges. In therapy, I use a variety of different tools and techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment based therapy, and mindfulness through a person centered approach.

I also have experience providing parent coaching through Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) as a TBRI practitioner. As a TBRI practitioner, I work to educate parents and caregivers of children who have experienced complex developmental trauma with tools to foster healing and minimize re-traumatization

Through my personal life experiences, I have acquired a deeper understanding of how important it is to take on the honor of learning ourselves and to intentionally mold our futures accordingly. My personal philosophy is that when given the right tools to promote your mental well-being, you can make a positive impact in your own life as well as others and the generations yet to come. With a combination of therapy and continued practice outside of our sessions, my goal with you is to promote self awareness, self acceptance and self confidence in an effort to increase mental clarity when disruptive situations occur and improve your quality of life.
